The spa at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide range of amenities and treatments to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the sauna and steam room, which were both very relaxing. The location of the hotel was also great, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. It was a peaceful and tranquil setting, perfect for a relaxing getaway. the staff were generally friendly and helpful, making the experience more enjoyable.
One major downside was the lack of communication about the late check-in policy. We arrived after 10pm and were unaware that we wouldn't be able to check in.

Free parking was possible on site. The hotel met needs. Excellent place for a vacation in Vollan! Sentiero del castagno in front of the property.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable; everything looked and smelled fresh. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the excellent spa. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We had a great time at the hotel, especially enjoying the lovely spa facilities. Although we missed the top floor, the rest of the spa was excellent. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful views. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff was attentive and friendly. the breakfast provided was delicious with a wide variety of options.
There was a lack of communication regarding the late check-in policy, which made us feel unwelcome upon arrival.

I enjoyed the excellent spa facilities which offered a relaxing atmosphere. the top floor provided a great view and added sensation. the location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions.
We missed out on important information due to poor communication. the night staff didn't offer a warm welcome and the language barrier made it difficult to understand procedures.
